Same-day dispatch, not same-day delivery

Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Anything placed after that cutoff, or over a weekend or federal holiday, goes out the next business day instead.

It's worth being precise about what Oath is actually promising here: dispatch, not delivery. The company commits to getting your order out the door on that schedule; it doesn't promise the carrier will complete transit in a fixed number of days, and this page isn't going to blur that distinction either, since it's the exact kind of detail that turns into a complaint later if it's glossed over now. Once an order ships, it moves by 2-day business air, typically through UPS, with real-time tracking provided on every shipment so you're not guessing where it is at any point along the way. That tracking detail is worth pairing with the dispatch cutoff above: together they tell you both when a package leaves and where it is after that, rather than just one half of the picture.

Free shipping over $250

US orders over $250 ship free — a threshold Oath states directly on its own site, including in the banner that runs across the top of its homepage. Below that threshold, standard shipping charges apply at checkout, calculated the normal way based on what's in your cart and where it's headed.

If you're ordering multiple items and sitting close to the $250 line, it's usually worth checking whether one more item clears the threshold before you check out, since the free-shipping savings can outweigh the cost of the extra item depending on what you're adding. This threshold applies on top of whichever promo code you use, not instead of it — a discounted order can still clear $250 before the code is applied and still qualify, so it's worth checking the pre-discount total if you're near the line rather than the post-discount number you'll actually pay at the very end of checkout.

United States only

Oath ships within the United States and does not ship internationally. If you're ordering from outside the US, there's no workaround built into checkout — international orders simply aren't supported at this time, and no combination of address formatting or shipping method will change that.

This is a straightforward operational limit rather than a restriction tied to any particular state or region within the US; domestic orders ship the same way regardless of where in the country they're headed, subject to the same dispatch cutoff and transit method described above. If your shipping address is inside the US but your billing address isn't, that's a separate question worth confirming directly with Oath's support rather than assuming either way, since neither this page nor Oath's own FAQ spells out every billing-address edge case.

None of this is specific to either promo code, either. Whether you're using the first-order discount or the standing one, the same shipping footprint applies: domestic only, same dispatch schedule, same carrier arrangement. The code changes what you pay; it doesn't change where or how the order ships.

Refunds and replacements

Oath's return policy centers on one strong guarantee: if a product doesn't meet its stated specifications or purity, that order qualifies for a refund or a replacement. The same applies to a few other clearly defined situations — shipping damage, provided you document it with photos within 48 hours of delivery; a wrong item shipped; non-delivery despite tracking showing otherwise; and duplicate orders, if they're caught before the shipment goes out.

There's no restocking fee on an approved return. Oath states an initial response time of 24 to 48 hours once you report an issue, and approved refunds process in 5 to 7 business days after that. None of this requires guesswork on your part — the categories are specific enough that you can check your own situation against them before reaching out, rather than reaching out first and hoping. Photograph damage as soon as you notice it, since the 48-hour window starts at delivery, not at whenever you get around to opening the package.

What doesn't qualify

Opened or used product isn't eligible for return — standard practice for research material once a vial or package has been opened, and Oath states this plainly rather than burying it in fine print. Improper storage after delivery, cancellation requested after an order has already shipped, and a simple change of mind also fall outside the policy.

None of these exclusions are unusual for the category; they're listed here so the strong parts of the policy — the purity guarantee, the damage coverage, the no-restocking-fee refund — aren't read as broader than they actually are. Knowing the boundary in advance is more useful than discovering it after an order that doesn't qualify.

This is also standard shape for the research-material category generally, not something specific to Oath — once a vial has been opened, no vendor can verify what happened to it afterward, so a no-opened-returns rule is closer to an industry norm than a restrictive policy.
